Moumita Si Pallachulla, M.A., is an accomplished instructional designer and educational consultant with more than 15 years of experience designing engaging, accessible, and outcomes-driven learning experiences across higher education, K–12, government, and private-sector environments.
She holds two master’s degrees from the University of New Mexico: an M.A. in Organizational Learning & Instructional Technologies and an M.A. in Special Education. This combination brings together advanced instructional design expertise and a deep understanding of diverse learner needs. Her expertise spans instructional design, e-learning, curriculum and assessment development, LMS-based learning, and accessible learning design aligned with WCAG 2.1 and Section 508 standards.
