WORK SAMPLE 2: UX STORYBOARD VIDEO

I have crafted a UX storyboard video for a client, to train their customer-facing employees. This video forms an integral component of a virtual instructor-led training program that aims to bridge the knowledge gap among employees. The training program is aimed at facilitating efficient and effective communication with customers, and ensuring that employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to address customer queries and concerns. The UX storyboard video has been meticulously designed to cater to the specific needs and requirements of the client and their employees, and is intended to provide an immersive and engaging learning experience.

WORK SAMPLE 3: TECHNICAL GUIDE

The present work consists of a user guide, created for a small business e-commerce client, in which the advantages of adopting TrueInsight, a Narrative Insight tool, are explored in contrast to traditional narrative analytics, particularly Google Analytics. The client requested the development of this guide to understand how they could benefit from the use of TrueInsight. Accordingly, the user guide elucidates the advantages of this tool in terms of narrative analytics, a method of data analysis that emphasizes the meaning and interpretation of data. The guide also highlights how TrueInsight can help the client gain a deeper understanding of their e-commerce business, by offering insights into customer behavior, preferences, and opinions, as well as the ability to identify patterns and trends in data that are not readily apparent with traditional analytics tools. In conclusion, by employing TrueInsight, the client can attain a more comprehensive and actionable understanding of their e-commerce business and customer base, thereby enabling them to make more informed and strategic decisions.
