As a Change Manager Consultant, I would like to request that companies and recruiters recognize the distinction between Change Managers and Project Managers. This knowledge is essential if you are advertising a position for change managers and not project managers.   The number one DEI skillset is change management. Knowledge or experience with software and IT-related aspects of the project should NOT be mandatory for Change Managers.
